Raymond Leary

Chief Executive Officer

Our CEO Ray Leary, is a veteran of the UK business and investment market with over 30 years’ experience. As a director of the company, Ray works closely with UK business to support and facilitate growth, as well as talented foreign nationals looking to settle and start businesses in the UK. He has successfully supported applicants from the Middle East, India, China, Pakistan, Nigeria, Hong Kong, and Ukraine, as well as countless UK start-ups and SMEs.

Imelda O’Keeffe

Chief Operating Officer

Imelda is our Chief Operating Officer, and is one of the directors of the company. She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational functions of the business, including our HR and international business processes, ensuring that the business and its people work in harmony. Imelda holds over 30 years’ experience in both corporate and SME markets and utilises her expertise to manage relationships with key partners, clients and leads the team at Fresh Start UK.

Emma Robinson

Accounts and IT Director

Emma is our Accounts & IT Director. She is responsible for overseeing IT support and all internal support systems within the company, assisting all aspects of digital marketing and manages the day-to-day running of accounts.

Fiona Castela

Operations Manager

Fiona is our Operations Manager, utilising over 25 years’ experience of supporting UK companies access funding for business growth. She possesses an in-depth knowledge of corporate business and small business development structures, and is an integral part of managing the process of our client applications.

Nour

Marketing Communication Manager

Nour is our Fresh Group's Marketing Communication Manager. She brings her marketing experience from both the Middle East region and, most recently, the UK market. Nour manages all aspects of marketing across our UK, Dubai and Cairo offices. With her skills, she develops strategic marketing plans to further the growth and development of Fresh Group and to provide exceptional services to our clients.
