They have developed a full service offering to support Chinese investors not just through the initial process, but also ongoing business support. They have enhanced their focus on China through the recruitment of Chinese speaking staff and the adaptation of their marketing strategy to reflect cultural differences. This has seen their Chinese business start to grow, although this is currently impacted by the travel restrictions due to COVID-19.
